Spencer has a diverse background in the small business, non-Profit and government contracting sectors.

He has held positions as an administrator in a small business; as a government-military program manager/project manager contractor; as a case manager in disaster relief and lead supervisor supervising housing case managers with non-profits organizations. Spencer is also a spiritual leader starting and pastoring local churches over the last 38 years. He is also the Founding CEO of Crown Group of NJ, Inc. (a for profit company) and Life Community Services, Inc. (a nonprofit Community Development Corporation).

Spencer brings many years of experience in speaking, teaching, presenting workshops, and coaching people in local churches, and individuals in the start-up to early business phase.

Spencer has been married for 41 years, and has three adult children, and 4 grandchildren.
